The arrival was announced on Tuesday afternoon 10th March via the Australian Turf Club’s X account (aus_turf_club). The timely arrival allows Dubai Honour to participate in the G1 Tancred Stakes 2400m event before heading into the G1 Queen Elizabeth Stakes 2000m on April 11th. Meanwhile, the plan for the other Haggas horse Caviar Heights is to run in the G2 Neville Sellwood 2000m. Caviar Heights is also nominated for the Queen Elizabeth Stakes and Sydney Cup on 11th April. The 5 year old gelding has not raced beyond 2313m until now, however, he would make the Sydney Cup field, currently sitting 15th in the order of entry.

Waller’s Barnavara - a 4 year old mare is nominated for the G1 Doncaster Mile 4th April, G1 Queen Elizabeth Stakes 2000m 11th April and G1 Queen of the Turf 1600m. Seo Linn the stayer is nominated for the G1 Sydney Cup 3200m 11th April. On the weekly Chris Waller Racing update via YouTube, Waller stated that both horses’ original schedule had been altered due to their delayed arrival. Barnavara was supposed to use the G1 Ranvet Stakes as a warm up for her assault on the Queen Elizabeth while Seo Linn was meant to line up in the G3 Manion Cup 2400m with three weeks break before a possible crack at the G1 Sydney Cup. The altered programs are likely to be Barnavara into the G2 Neville Sellwood 2000m 28th March, then G1 Queen Elizabeth and Seo Linn into the G2 Chairman’s Quality 2600m 4th April, then into the Sydney Cup (Order of Entry ranking permitting).
